My name is Lawrence (Larry) Kutys and I’m a candidate for the Wallingford Swarthmore School Board. Thank you for getting me on the primary ballot. I hope to reward your support and add my financial and analytical skills to the Board. My goal is to ensure that District resources are used for the best benefit of our students.

With the exception of three years working in Europe, I’m a lifelong resident of Delaware County and I currently live in Rose Valley. I graduated from Springfield High School and am married to Virginia Gibson. We are the proud parents of six children, three of whom attended Wallingford Swarthmore schools and graduated from Strath Haven High School.

I served the U.S. Department of Defense (16 years) and U.S. Department of Justice (18 years) as auditor, team leader, and forensic accountant. I’m currently self-employed and contracted to provide forensic accounting and investigative support to the School District of Philadelphia Inspector General. Within the past six months, I’ve completed contracts with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Wilmington, DE, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General.
